Developed and manufactured by XCMG, XCA5000 and XGC88000 are the largest-tonnage all terrain crane and crawler crane that have been purchased in the world. 

    XCA5000 was successfully sold at Bauma China 2012. Supported by the mature thousand-tonnage all-terrain technology platform, a new round of technology upgrading was carried out, improving the all-terrain hoisting capacity to the level that meets the 3.6MW-fan hoisting construction demands. At present, XCA5000 is being extensively tested and debugged, and it is expected to be applied in engineering projects in September.

XCMG cranes form a concentrated force    Ranked the first place in the global mobile crane field, XCMG wheeled crane is the first choice of the largest number of customers, and it has won the highest global recognition degree. For nine years in a row, the XCMG wheeled crane has maintained a domestic market share of above 50% and an average foreign market share of 30%, of which it takes 50% market shares of Brazil and more than 80% in Central Asian countries. Since the strategic adjustment in 2009, the XCMG crawler cranes have developed a full type span that covers the 50, 1000, 2000 and 4000- ton types. Independent innovation achieves technological breakthroughs    XCA5000: According to the feedbacks of QAY800 and QAY1200 during their one-year practical application, XCA5000 has achieved further breakthroughs in 7 core technologies including the intelligent control technology and two-motor drive technology; moreover, 50 patents have been developed. The length of its eight main arms is 105 meters, and the maximum climbing capacity is 50%, which allows XCA5000 to work in severe environmental conditions of large-scale wind power projects, shield construction and chemical engineering projects.

    Moreover, XCA5000 has made breakthroughs in the adaptive variable stiffness hydropneumatic suspension technology for the first time, ensuring that the huge machine may get through under complicated road conditions. The transition efficiency of the whole machine is maintained by the electric hydraulic control technology and the multiple spindle multi-mode all wheel steering technology. Adopting the multidisciplinary CAE simulative design method, a highly efficient self-removable technology was developed after a lot of experiments, improving the installation efficiency of ultra large cranes to more than twice of the original level. 
  
    Meanwhile, XCA5000 is an “intelligent machine” that applies mature all-condition remote control and fault diagnosis techniques. Besides, the unique dynamic axle load detection and automatic control technology can achieve dynamic detection and adjustment of the axle load. The intelligent virtual wall protection for redundancy technique can ensure the active safety within complicated systems and working conditions. The touch screen integrated control technology was applied for the first time, which further enriched the fuctions of the machine and improved the man-machine interactive environment.
  
    XGC88000: With a maximum rated load moment of 88000t.m, XGC88000 broke through the 60000t.m limitation of the world crawler crane industry. The modular design of the whole crane reduced the transportation cost and improved the installation efficiency.
  
    This 4000-ton crawler crane has multiple safe and reliable design plans. The structure of the whole crane ensures 125% of the rated load capacity and highly coordinated operation and control. The vast distance accurate wireless remote control operating system can extend to the best location at the working place to operate the whole machine. The real-time dynamic data monitoring, alerting and restriction system can fully avoid misoperations. The four-winch synchronous control and hook level three balance system can maintain the hoisting safety. The three power sources can supplement each other, and the dual channel sensor improves the operation safety and reliability. 
 
    Moreover, by changing modules, XGC88000 crawler crane can be transformed into a 1800-ton crawler crane through combined deformation, which can fully cover complicated projects and reduce costs.

XCMG explores overseas markets with open arms  
    XCMG has devoted a lot of enthusiasm to overseas market exploration. Currently, major products of the crane machinery department have passed the EU CE Certification, US SAE Standard and Russia Gost Certification, thus they can be easily put into use in various countries.
  
    The overseas market layout of the crane machinery department has formed an elaborate segmentation plan for 2013 according to detailed market researches. From February to December 2013, XCMG will launch various types of hoisting machinery equipments catering to the demands of different continents. In Southeast Asia, a modified BY series of autocrane is launched to meet the driver’s right-side operating habit which requires less vice arm space, and it is mainly used to build houses, bridges and roads; in Brazil, a traditional exporting market, the all-wheel steering KN series of autocrane is designed, it is highly adaptable to the working places, and the improved after-sale services will contribute to Brazil’s development; in Europe, the optimal power matching scheme is adopted to launch the XCT-E series of autocrane, taking the energy conservation, environmental protection and hommization into consideration, and it is also mainly used to build houses, bridges and roads; in the markets of Europe, North America and India, the rough terrain wheeled crane jointedly developed by Chinese and German sides is launched at the same time, it has a wide operation scope and high hoisting capacity compared with cranes of the same tonnage, and it is mainly used in mining, oil field, construction, port, logistics base and other industries. All the above mentioned products have been successfully produced and fully prepared to be exported.

    Keeping the ideas of safety and reliance in mind, XCMG has built a symbolic image of mobile cranes both in domestic and international markets by sticking to independent innovation. The XCMG 800-ton and 1200-ton all terrain cranes have been performing excellently in wind power and chemical projects in Qingdao, Hebi, Datong and Fuqing. The 1000-ton and 2000-ton crawler cranes have been put into use for nearly two years in national key projects concerning petrochemical, oil refining, ocean engineering and infrastructure industries.
